·       What are your rates?

·       Our pricing is completely individualized. More than 15 years of experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price. ·       Do you have packages?

No, we completely individualize our cleaning. We use a proven system to clean thoroughly, consistently and efficiently.  We also tailor our visit to your individual needs and your home's cleaning requirements. Please contact us for more information.

·       Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don't have to provide a thing. If you prefer us to use your products we will be happy to accommodate.

·       Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?

While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week or less frequently. Please inquire about all our specialized services.

·       How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

Sparkling Solutions may send one, two or three team members to clean a home. Our goal is customize the cleaning to meet our clients’ needs We will work with you so you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.

 

If there is a problem, who can I call?

·       If you see a problem while the team is in your home, you can talk to the team Leader, who will make immediate efforts to correct the problem. Or you can contact the office staff, who will work with the team to quickly correct the problem and abide by our guarantee.

If I am interested in working for Sparkling Solutions. How do I apply?

Please contact Sparkling Solutions to discuss employment opportunities.  The manager at that office can discuss any prequalification’s for employment, application process, benefits and pay structure based on the position.

Payments Accepted

We accept all major credit cards/ ACH from your checking account and will bill automatically. No contract and can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. 

Cancellation Policy

Sparking Solutions works with you. We recommend you call within 72 hours before your regulary scheduled cleaning. We will do best to accommodated and re- schedule.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason your not completely  satisfied with any area the Sparkling Solutions team has cleaned. We ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the services . We will  reclean the area at no additional charge.
